Fish baked in tinfoil with cucumbers and garlic sauce

Ingredients:

  • frozen white fish (2-3 fillets)
  • herbs (basil, oregano, mint)
  • lemon
  • salt, pepper
  • garlic
  • yogurt

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. sprinkle fish fillets with salt, pepper and herbs, pack in tinfoil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Slice the cucumber and put into the bowl. Crush 1 clove of garlic, add to the yogurt, season with salt, pepper and fresh herbs. Mix with cucumber.

Put baked fish on the plate, pour few drops of lemon juice over. Decorate with cucumber salad.

Very easy, quick and tasty lunch or dinner. Enjoy!
